project management at eri

The goal of ERI's project management is to fulfill your scope of work on time, within budget, and in keeping with our firm's standard of consistently high quality technical performance—all while maintaining focus on your objective(s). ERI conducts projects using a team approach, regardless of the geographic location of staff or project(s). This results in our being able to take full advantage of our strong management and extensive technical capabilities.

Qualified staff members are selected for each project and work under the direct supervision of a project manager. The project manager is responsible for the technical and financial aspects of the job he or she manages, which includes proper definition of the scope of work, on- and off-site project team supervision, definition of work tasks, and meeting objectives in regard to schedule, budget, and quality. Field and laboratory data are discussed in depth with state-registered experts to determine the appropriate scope of work, conclusions, and recommendations. ERI employs a program manager for portfolio management of our clients' sites. The program manager provides a singular point of contact, ensuring consistency of documentation and project approach across sites in accordance with your requests.

ERI maintains a project management system that provides detailed, timely reports listing job charges, billings, and budget status. Office operations managers review these high quality reports, produced with ERI's word processing and AutoCAD® graphics capabilities, under the direction of their staff.
